I happened upon this fellow in Paris on Le Ave des Champs-Élysées while doing shooting street photography this past summer. Of all the street shots I took in Paris, this one captures that Parisian atitude better than anything else I could get. I have shots of couples making out down by the Seine, street cafe's, and so on; but the hustle and bustle of the Parisian man sums up my view on Paris street photography. Nikon N70 35mm. Agfa Scala film.

lovely shot. i've never been to paris but this helps me to imagine. the man really helps to set the mood of the shot nice fine. nice shot

i envy you. you are awesome (judging by this photo). great contrast and colors(lack of). i love good portraits because i think they are medium hard to do.

Very nice... I really like the contrast, and the subject's expression. My only complaint is how his suit jacket blends into the black background, but I suppose there's not much that can be done about that. :) (Smile) Good job!

also, maybe burn the letter a bit so its greyer and maybe lighten his shoes up? only if you have extra funinthedarkroom time...hjehe
