Artist's Comments
The idea for this shot came to me out of nowhere, like alot of my better work. I came across an old washtub and suddenly the image was as plain as day to me. I shot it with a 4x5 Sinar view camera and Ilford Delta 100 film. The model is a friend of mine, and I dont think the shot would work if it were not for her in it.

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
